Feats of Strength
“And now as Festivus rolls on, we come to the feats of strength!” Time to break out the heavy hitters! 8% minimum abv. Big stouts, big Belgians, big DIPA's and TIPA's. Bring it!

S.M.A.S.H. beers – Single Malt And Single Hop. SMASH beers are a great way to zero in on flavors and challenge your brewing skills. Any malt and any hop you want – but just 1 of each.

Age Before Beauty
Wide open category – any beer – any style – as long as it's aged at least 6 months. Time to dig out the ones way back in the fridge or at the very bottom of the cellar.
April
Walk on the Wild Side
Any beer fermented with wild (e.g., Kveik) or “wild adjacent” (anything Belgian/Saison/Farmhouse), also anything sour. Make those phenol off-flavors shine.
May
Light as a Feather
5% is the absolute limit, but otherwise wide open. Break out those session beers. Suggested styles:
light lagers (1A),
American wheat (1D),
Czech pale (3A),
Pilsners, Blondes, etc.
